Harwinder da6fc5d283 Simplify Telegram bot — mirror main.py output exactly ...

- Remove /all, /watch, /unwatch, /credits, /status commands
- Keep only /scan, /pair, /tf, /help
- Output exact same format as main.py terminal output (box-drawing
  characters, score bars, table, detail report) inside <pre> blocks
- /help explains all timeframes with recommended use cases
- /scan TF and /pair EURUSD TF accept inline timeframe override
- Auto-split messages at newlines to stay under Telegram 4096-char limit
